We intive to cooperate in implementing the investment of the project by establishing a joint venture issuing additional shares or founding of a foreign enterprise with attracting foreign direct investments and other possible variants.

In order to increase the volume and range of products designed investment project "Construction of a brick factory with capacity of 30 million pieces of conventional brick per year" based on deposit "Oranchitskoe".

The possibility of creating an enterprise for the production of pottery clay deposits “Oranchitskoe” Pruzhany district is justified by the fact that since 1945 in Pruzhany the production of ceramic bricks has been implementing by the brick factory “Victory”, working on local raw materials and fuel. The plant uses outdated technologies and production facilities do not allow to use new modern production line of ceramic products.

Place for the construction of a brick factory – v.Oranchitsy Pruzhany district, the area of 8 hectares.

The advantages of the placement:

- the availability of rail tracks and as a consequence of lower costs of transporting ready-made products;

- the availability of electricity networks of a necessary power and gasification;

- labor resources available in Pruzhany, with the stablished regular bus service, including the nearby settlements.

The distance from the intended site of the plant construction to the deposites “Oranchitskoe” – 6-8 km.
